Buddhist Site Under DEvelopment

Meditation Center

A typical Conservation Expeditions

The concept of the “Buddhism and Ecological ethics” is takes a central place in of environmental ethics. In the evolution of ethical reflections attention was focused on the individual and family, tribes, regions, nations, and so on to include all humankind.

Now this is being extended to non-human forms of life, especially animals and the natural environment. In the case of the natural environment, as vegetables are used for human consumption, the emphasis is on avoiding the callous destruction of nature and the pollution of the natural environment, rather than the destruction of life.

The second important principle which regulates ecological ethics is the principle of reciprocity. The day-to-day maintenance of the life support system is dependent on a functional interaction of countless interdependent biotic and physiochemical factors. In the way that the value of life is a “core value” in Buddhist ethical codes, the notion of reciprocity and interdependence fits in with the Buddhist notion of a causal system.

Therefore we have focused to development of Forest conservation meditation center and would like to share thinking about Buddhism and Ecology-Ethics development under the following headings:

  • Man’s mortality, which primarily concerns his approach to matter and natural laws;
  • The significance of spiritual development, especially as a counterpoint to short-sightedness and materialism;
  • The difference between attached and detached love, which involves the ability to appreciate and develop a non-demanding, non-attached relationship;
  • The possibility of a harmonious relationship between man and nature, based on man’s unique position in relation to other physical and biological elements.

Development of Buddhism, there are so many way of Development.
