We are very thankful to Samyak Cultural Sangha because Samyak Cultural Sangha has arranged to the program at Kanheri Caves, Mumbai, India on 5/2/2017 under the experts of Buddhist Art and Architecture. Kanheri caves are situated in The Sanjay Gandhi national park, Borilavali, Mumbai. We have spend whole day with Samyak Cultural Sangha and saw in programs many youngest and adults was attend to the program from different part of Mumbai and they was academicians. I have expressed my views according to the influence of Socio-economical, woman empowerment, educational; International and defense policies of Golden enlightened India of Emperor Ashoka, on the world and relevance.

We are aware about the various inscriptions of Kanheri caves, which are excavated by Archeological Survey of India and historical account of Historians. The development of Kanheri caves, Chiaty, residential educational complex is resource from the “Dana” (Donation) of rich merchants and local residential layperson. this was most populated sea port of Nalasopara during the time of Buddha as regards to tread routes in the world and bounded from kanheri nearby trade centers linked with elephant, Kondivat, Jogeshwari, Magathane, Mandpeshwar, Jivdani which was in different part of Mumbai and Kalyan area Vasai Creek on the north, Ulhas River on the north-east, Thane Creek and Bombay Harbor on the east and by the Arabian sea on the south and west and it was road linked to Nasik, Paithan and Junner.

We have realized to the richness of the Buddhist glories because inscription has proved the influence of Buddhism on the ancient whole Maharashtra and Mumbai-kalyan as well as north and south part of India. On this ancient sea-ports and road there is the number of Buddhist caves, monasteries and shrines has been excavated and also kanheri Buddhist caves, it is well within approachable reach to the ancient ports of Sopara, Kalyan and Chaul. Merchant community to come into contact with Buddhist monks through this trade route and the merchant community has been gave to holy “Dana” and support as Upasaka Devotees of Buddhist Sangha by the faith of Buddha teaching and through this “Dana” (Donations) Buddhist monks has been developed to many caves, Chiaty, residential educational complex for welfare of mankind. It was economical systems of Buddhist Sangha.

Emperor Ashoka has been sent Buddhist monks in different part of “Jammudwipa”and “Mahathavir Dhammrakkhita” reached at Maharashtra who was “Arhant” Buddhist monks and “Theravada Buddhism” propagated in across Maharashtra and Emperor Ashoka has been developed 84000 brick Stupa, Sanghaaram, pillar and caves in the different part of Jammudwipa from 2nd Century BCE and Kanhri cave, Introducing to the glories of “Theravada Buddhism” from 2nd century BC because one bricks Stupa has been excavated in front entrance gate of Kanheri Caves and found a copper plate in Stupa by Bird’s and J Stevenson has been read to a copper plate inscription and interprets as a ‘Buddha tooth cave’ but in excavation “tooth relics” was not found in Stupa. V V Mirashi said “tooth relics” would be of the “Buddhist monk” and “tooth relics” is kept in a Stupa at present in Sri Lanka.

Later BCE the development of Kanheri cave evidences shown as regard influence it was Mahayana, Tantrayana and Vajryana Buddhism from 2nd century AD tremendous developed till 15th century CE in Maharashtra and worship comes of the Dhayani (Meditating) Buddha and Bodhisattva in human from and cultural life values pantheons of Buddha’s followers has been developed in new forms and later Theravada, Mahayana, Tantrayana and Vajryana Buddhist Socio-economical cultural pantheons of life values has been manipulated into Brahmanism worshipping and culture which is called Hinduism.

Our thoughts are very different according to Architecture and civil engineering Structural system of Buddhist Caves, Chitya, and residential complex which is situated on Mountain it is provided to water conservation and water providing to Agriculture land from mountain, air-conditioner, protection from earthquake, and also forest and wildlife conservation system it is without physical energy, financial expenses and without tools, this technique is very unique which is given by Buddhist Monks. We have personally verified to Structural system of Kanheri Buddhist Caves, Chitya, and residential complex and realized to the Buddhist monks, were not only expert in Tripitaka Study lectures, Meditations and worshipping but also was expert in academically and technically. water cisterns-reservoir is on the every stages in Kanheri Buddhist Caves on entrance and down sites of Kanheri caves residential complex that way every resident rooms of Kanheri caves is cold this is ancient Air condition system and they are very safe from earthquake because every reservoir is down site of residential complex of Kanhri caves also we have found without any cable and mobile the communication system is very unique as well as “Buddhist art and Architecture glories of Kanheri caves are more interesting and shown influence on “Ancient Greek”.

of e in later periods. Presence of female companions with Avalokiteshvara on few sculptures at Kanheri instigated scholars to suggest Vajrayana influence over Kanheri. Dulari Qureshi is among the recent ones to advocate this hypothesis. However, Debala Mitra is not in full support of it as he mentions that though we find female divinities in company of Bodhisattvas however full-fledged deities of the typical Vajrayana pantheon like those of Ellora are absent at Kanheri.

There are water-cisterns provided at the entrance of almost each cave at Kanheri. An inscription also mentions the construction of a dam, of course to maintain the water resources.
