Kautilya is Susceptible in Indian history

Bruce Rich’s said in his book “To Uphold the World” Kautilya, who was principal adviser to Chandrgupt Maurya, who is the first Mauryan emperor of India. I doubt because Megasthenes, was Greek Ambassador and Kautilya, was Prime minister in the court of Chandrgupta Maurya. But Kautilya, name is not mentioned in the ‘201 pages book of Indicia’ written by Megasthenes and also 184-185 BC the literature of Patajali.

Megasthenes, Kautilya and Patanjali was contemporary of Mauryan dynasty but the name of Kautilya is not mentioned there literature. Therefore Kautilya is totally susceptible person in Indian history. Very remarkable Asoka had built Stupa in world first Taxila University, also connection with Nalanda University because the Asoka has build the Stupa in memory of Sariputar, in Nalanda because Sariptta was great disciple of Buddha. The Great Asoka rocks edict XII said ‘A man must not do reverence to his own sector disparage that of another sect without reason. “Depreciation” {a decrease or loss in value} should be for specific reasons only, because the sects of other people all deserve reverence for one reason or another. By thus acting, a man exalts his own sect, and at the same time does services to the sects of other people”. By acting contrariwise, a man hurts his own sect and does disservice to the sects of other people. This Asoka rocks edicts influence on Indian constitution article 25, 26, and 27 as well as Japan constitution because the Patron King VIII: Prince Shotoku of Japan, he issued Constitution article, it is a moral based on Buddhism, which is foundation for Japanese people and culture today. For all men have heart, and each heart has its own leanings . . . for we are all, one with another, wise and foolish, like a ring which has no end .

Rock edict of Dhuliya said ‘those who are following the right way it is good and those who are not following the right path it will be destruction’ this influence on Indian constitution maker because Indian constitution Architecture Dr.B.R.Ambedkar said in modern word “if constitution is good but implementation is not good the constitution will be bad and constitution is bad but if implementation is good so constitution will be good.” Dhulia rock edict is strong evidence as regard to the great Asoka is the first global constitution maker in world also Asoka rocks edicts influence and source of the whole world Constitutions. Due to course of time residential Buddhist educational system (Buddhist Stupa), which was moral development personality, academic educational Knowledge center and social-economical equality development centers on based of universal Buddha’s moral conduct code. But these all Educational centers destroyed by very cruel Brahmin Pushyamitra Shunga (185BC) who was originally a Senapati (General) of the Maurya empire and cruel Brahmin Pushyamitra Shunga assassinated to the last Mauryan Emperor, Brihadratha Maurya, during an army review, and proclaimed himself King.
